About Us

Warehouse27 Concerts gets its name from a scripture passage in the Bible - Proverbs 2:6-8 which says, "For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding. He stores up success for the upright; He is a shield for those who live with integrity so that He may guard the paths of justice and protect the way of His loyal followers"

We want to see every artist and musician who plays a Warehouse27 Concerts event to experience amazing success and add a lot of new faces to their fan base, and WE want to help! We also want to break down the barriers and help create friendships between audience and artist in a setting that is intimate, yet professional – with mind-blowing sound and lights!

Established in 2019, Warehouse27 Concerts was created as a small house concert venue, church outreach ministry and small multi-purpose event rental facility, specifically with artists and performers in mind. Finished over a three year period, the Warehouse27 Concerts venue was designed for musicians! We built the room around a beautiful 15' x 25' raised, carpeted stage, complete with 8'x8' drum riser and 5'x8' keyboard riser. The sound system consists of two Seismic Audio mini line arrays with subwoofers under the stage. There is a 10'x15' greenroom for our performers' relaxation and comfort and a snack bar, featuring a large assortment of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, available for audience purchase.

All too often, concerts are produced and the artists are the last to share in a cut of the profits. What Warehouse27 does differently, is to allow the artist to take the reins, set their own concert schedule and ticket prices and then we help to market their event directly to their target audience. Warehouse27 assists by providing the venue, web advertising and a method of collecting the money to pay the artist, all

for a fraction of the cost of other venues.
